Additional Training and Professional Experience
- Former Massage Director & Educator
My education extends beyond the services I currently offer. Structural Visceral Integration, Lymphatic Drainage, Foot Reflexology, Aromaology, and Ayurveda have provided me with a broader perspective on the body and hands-on work.

Meet Kelly
Helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies through skilled bodywork.
I’ve been practicing bodywork since 2007, offering massage therapy and Structural Integration to help people reduce pain, improve function, and navigate the physical demands of everyday life. Each session is adapted to the individual, informed by what I observe and what matters to the client.
My path into bodywork
My path into this work wasn’t traditional. I grew up in Iron, Minnesota, earned my GED, attended evening community college courses, and later completed an apprenticeship and earned journeyman status as a union laborer.
Six years in the skilled trades gave me firsthand experience with repetitive work, heavy loads, long days, and recovery.
In 2007, I enrolled in massage therapy at the Aveda Institute. Shortly after graduating, someone told me, “You have to experience Rolfing.” That recommendation changed the direction of my career.
Structural Integration gave me a broader way of understanding the body—not simply where something hurts, but how different areas relate to one another and contribute to how the whole body functions.
